• 당해 연도 수주 사업에 투입되는 인력의 인사 관리는 공공사업본부 이미정 본부장이 총괄한다.Personnel management for staff assigned to projects awarded in the current year is overseen by Division Head Mi Jung Lee, Public Business Division.
• 사업 수주 현황에 따라 기간제 · 계약직으로 충원하며, 사업 종료 시 조직 편제에서 제외한다.Staffing is filled on a fixed-term or contract basis according to the award pipeline, and is removed from the organization structure once the project closes.
